Just a quick note of thanks for the attention to detail you and your team at Contours put into the repair of my cars over the past few years and for all your personal attention.

I’ve used other repairers prior to Contours, and I can confidently say Contours is the only repairer my family and I will use moving forward.

Over the years, I’ve always been impressed at how you have gone above and beyond expectation to fix all our cars, but in particular at how you managed the process of fixing my family car, which was poorly repaired by another so called “preferred repairer” (leaving us driving potentially a dangerous car) whom the insurance company had chosen because they had put in a cheaper quote and justified by the awards they had won. This lesson clearly showed me that one must do their own due diligence in choosing their repairer and not just rely on the suggestion of your insurance company awards the repairer displays and also after the repairs to have them independently assessed.

Alex, I suggest you stick with your process of being thorough in managing the repairers as you did with managing our repairs and dealing with the insurance company to get original parts and using only the best mechanical repair partners, which left my car performing as good as prior to the accident and critically giving me peace of mind that we were driving a safe car.

I hope all families look beyond the superficial repairs and pay attention to the total fix including the mechanical repairs to assure they are driving a safe car that was the same as before the accident.

Finally, I hope your customers insist on using their repairer of choice and demand quality from their insurance companies.
